Hello and welcome!

I’ve spent over 20 years helping people build strength and create healthy change in their lives—
first in the gym, and now through a more holistic approach that includes movement, breathwork, and stillness.

Over the past five years, my learning journey has expanded beyond personal training and life coaching.
I’ve deepened my work in stress relief, sleep support, and recovery—and earned certifications in breathwork, meditation, and Qigong.

Now, I’m bringing all of these practices together to help people build strength and resilience from the inside out so they can move through life with greater clarity, ease, and balance.

I believe this journey is best supported through connection and shared wisdom,
